This game is by Ocean in the year 1990. This is a racer-game, you see all from 3D. With the stick you move, with stick up you give speed and with fire you shoot. There are six missions to solve. Then you can rescue the kidnapped daughter of the mayor. In each mission you must drive and find the gangsters. When you find them you must shoot them until they give up. You can also ram with your turbo the gangster from the street.
This is a nice game although i prefer the predecessor. It was first a coin-op by Taito. There is not much variety in this game but the graphic is fast. New in the game is the helicopter which gives you an extra-weapon. The music is very good composed. The cars are too big, so you cant make good maneuvers. And the game is not jerk-free. The turbo is activated by the space-bar.
The controls are good, it is most of the game good to play. In the game is music.
